Being the member of ComputerLand SA group the , the CSBI EE is the system integrator since 1993. Headquatered in Saint-Petersburg and branch office in Moscow the CSBI EE has 82 employees including 45 programmers. Three main direction of business – integrated banking applications, master-distributor of Progress Software in CIS and offsore programming/bespoke software development.
Technologies / programming languages / architectures
The company uses DSDM methodology to develop of all its software projects using the structured and object-oriented analysys CASE-tools (CASE/4/0 and objectIF from microTOOL). Programming languages that the CSBI EE has experience in are Progress 4GL, Oracle Designer/2000 and Developer/2000, Delphi, Powerbuilder, VisualBasic, C++, Apptivity Java Server and J++. Database strong experience includes Progress v6-9, Oracle 7.3-8i, MS-SQL v6.5-7.0. Most of the projects were intended for use in heterogenious environments – HP-UX, SUN Solaris, IBM AIX, Tru64 Unix, Win-NT, SCO UnixWare. Impressive experience in Client/Server, Host/Terminal and Internet-based development. Character, GUI and browser-based or mixed interfaces for applications.
Own products & services
CSBI EE has developed and successfully implemented in 60+ banks all over the Russia the Banker integrated banking system. Also has developed the PRO/MIS accountimg and manufacturing package. Both are developed in 4GL languages Progress and Oracle. CSBI EE has developed the DATAcenter datamining application.
The company conducts on the regular basis the training classes in Russian in Progress, Oracle and Java. Consulting services in modern software development methodology including WEB-enabling of legacy applications.
